La brocca di Venere / Venus Pitcher

A pitcher (“Prókhous” in ancient greek) is a container with a handle and a lip, its function is to holding and pouring liquids. At the same time the object has feminine and masculine features, and allows to hold back or flow the water, a symbol of life.
In this short animation movie a pitcher with the features of Venus, the goddess of love, is the portal of a liquid world where different characters personifying desire, attraction and excess travel through. The situation becomes hotter and pressure rises until the breaking point.
